Grand Casino Arena is Saint Paul's premier multi-purpose arena, home to the Minnesota Wild (NHL), with a capacity ranging from 18,064 (hockey) to 20,500 (concerts). Seating levels include:
- 100 Level (Lower Bowl): The closest seats to the ice/stage, offering the most immersive experience. Center sections (105–115) are the best for hockey; center sections facing the stage for concerts.

Grand Casino Arena offers two on-site parking ramps with direct arena access:

The Grand Casino Arena Box Office is located in the main lobby at the southeast entrance (Gate 1). Regular hours: Monday–Friday, 12pm–5pm. On event days, the box office opens 3 hours before events. Summer hours (May 18–Labor Day) vary. No Ticketmaster convenience fees when purchasing at the box office. For group sales, call (651) 726-8240.
